| Abstract: | With the development of foreign cement EPC construction and raising of domestic labor cost,the low labor cost strategy has no advantage anymore.We must get some breakthrough on the refinement management especially on cost control in order to occupy international market with many strong competitors.The article discussed on how to improve the foreign EPC construction cost control level combined with years of practice. |
