| 摘 要： | 民办高校培养的人才,能否适应社会发展的需要,是否有一定的抗压能力,个体能否健康发展,与这所学校的教育息息相关。校长的办学理念决定了学校的办学方向和人才培养的目标和质量,对学生的心理健康发展起着导向性的作用。文章主要就是探讨校长的办学理念对学生心理健康的影响。

| Abstract: | Whether the personnel in private colleges can meet the needs of social development or not,have certain amount of anti-pressure ability or not,can get health development or not is closely related to the education of school.Principal’s educational philosophy determines the direction of running schools and the objectives and quality of talent cultivation,and plays a guiding role in the development of students’ mental health.This article mainly explores the effects of principal’s educational philosophy on mental health of students. |
