工科院校数学教学的分类别、分层次研究与实践

摘    要:随着招生规模的不断扩大,难以确保所有学生都达到教学基本要求,给教师组织教学来了很大的困难。使同一个学校、同一个专业和同一个班级,学生差距加大,这是当前数学课程教学中出现的突出问题,它又束缚了优秀拔尖人才的迅速成长。本文提出对学生进行分类别、分层次培养,使得各类优秀人才健康成长,特别是拔尖人才的脱颖而出,适当调整教学基本要求等,开展"因材施教"。

Abstract:Growing expansion of the enrollment widened the gaps between the students in same college,same major and same class,which brought much difficulty to teachers to organize lessons.It is not only difficult to ensure that all students meet the basic requirements of teaching but also hindered the rapid growth of outstanding top-notch talent.this is a noticeable issue arising from current math teaching.In this paper,some basic requirements such as sub-categories of students,different levels of training,appropriate adjustments to teaching were put forward.To carry out the "individualized teaching" promotes the healthy growth of all kinds of talents,especially the top-notch talent to the fore.
