| 摘 要： | 创新始终是企业发展的不竭动力。创新主要有两种方式:一是技术创新,二是管理创新,一个优秀的企业其管理创新与技术创新必然是齐头并进。信息化是推动企业管理创新和提升管理水平的重要手段,在专卖行业内越来越受到重视,在管理实践中如果能够充分借助信息技术手段,建设和运用一个科学的管理平台,那将全面深刻的感受到管理平台的变革带来的高效率。

| Abstract: | Innovation is always an inexhaustible source of enterprise development.The main innovation is in two ways — the technology innovation and management innovation.An outstanding enterprise’s management has gone hand in hand with them.Information is important mean to improve enterprise development.In monopoly industry,it attracts more and more attention.To business management practice,if we can fully use information technology,build and use a scientific management platform,which will comprehensively reflects the high efficiency caused by the change of management platform. |
