| Abstract: | The plea bargaining has been able to survive and thrive in foreign country due to its benefits unable to horses.The value of this system is analyzed comprehensively and clearly from the value of the benefit,the value of Justice,protection of victims' rights and the maintenance of social order,in order to grasp its essence and successfully draw on the benefit of the system. |
