| 摘 要： | 介绍一种Omega止水带预成型生产线的主要结构和预成型过程,该生产线在料卷导开时采用电磁张力控制器,光电纠偏机构,保证进料准确定位,传动采用变频电机,保证运行的平稳性。包边机构采用角度逐渐变化的绕辊,包边压合机构采用与导向硬质胶条贴合的弧形辊,保证产品准确定位,在压力作用下不产生变形。保证产品质量。

| Abstract: | The article introduces the main structure and process of pre-forming production line of Omega water-stop.When unwinding the roll material,this production line uses electromagnetic tension controller and photoelectric error-correction device to ensure accurate positioning of the feed.The line uses variable frequency motor to guarantee the stability of operation.The tapping machine uses winding roller.And the pressing device uses the bowed roller which is close to the guiding hard rubber strip,positioning accurately,and without deformation under pressure,for insuring the quality of product. |
