| 摘 要： | SWOT分析方法用于企业战略研究与竞争分析,是指对企业的优势(Strengths)、劣势(Weaknesses)、机会(Opportunities)和威胁(Threats)进行全面的评估1],总的来说,SWOT可以分为两部分:第一部分是SW,用来分析内部优劣势条件;第二部分是OT,用来分析外部机会与威胁条件。该方法具有直观、简单的优点,被广泛应用于许多方面,如企业的现状分析等。本文将使用SWOT分析法对珠海市发展物联网的现状进行分析。并针对分析的情况提出珠海市发展物联网的应对措施。

| Abstract: | SWOT analysis applied to business strategy research and competitive analysis refers to the business advantages(Strengths),weaknesses(Weaknesses),opportunity(Opportunities) and threats(Threats) to conduct a comprehensive assessment 1],in general,SWOT can be divided into two parts: the first part is SW,which is used to analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses;second part is OT,which is used to analyze the conditions of the external opportunities and threats.The method is intuitive and simple,and it is widely used in many aspects,such as the status of business analysis.This article will use the SWOT analysis to analyze status of the development of Internet of Things in Zhuhai City,and puts forward measures,aiming at the situation of analysis. |
