| 摘 要： | 加快人才队伍建设是信息化条件下国防现代化的关键。军事信息人才培养,必须确立观念先行目标指引的理念。科学制定信息化人才培养目标,明确人才建设的基本方向,找准人才建设的基本着力点,丰富人才建设的基本手段,强化人才建设的基本保证,全面进行锻造培养。

| Abstract: | To accelerate the construction of talents is the key to national defense modernization under the condition of informatization.In military information talents training,they must establish the concept idea of the target guideline,make training objectives of informatization talents,clear basic directions of talent construction,find basic points of talents construction,enrich the basic means of talents construction,strengthen the basic guarantee for the construction of talents,and conduct the comprehensive training. |
