高职院校工学结合中推行导师制的作用

工学结合是我国高职院校有效提高人才培养质量的重要途径。针对高职学生在工学结合过程中存在的问题,本文主要从学生角度分析高职导师制在工学结合实施全过程中的作用,认为推行导师制既确保工学结合的顺利开展和实施效果,有利于培养出具有较强就业竞争力的高技能人才。
