| 摘 要： | 解决城镇居民低收入家庭住房保障问题对于提高城镇居民低收入家庭的生活水平,保证社会稳定,促进社会和谐具有重要的意义。文章通过建立线性回归模型对安徽省城镇居民低收入人口进行预测,进而测算出安徽省城镇低收入家庭居民住房需求量,为安徽省制定住房保障计划和相关决策提供依据。

| Abstract: | The paper predicted the population scale of the low-income urban resident in Anhui Province based on the liner regression model,and then estimated the demand of house of low-income family in urban residents in Anhui province.This prediction for the annual demand quantity of town low-rent houses has a directive role in setting up a rational urban low-rent houses construction plan in Anhui Province during the 2010-2019. |
