| 摘 要： | "道之以德,齐之以礼"是孔子管理思想的经典名言。孔子主张"德治",强调通过道德的教化来提高人们的道德自律性;同时,还主张必须要用"礼"的规范来约束人们的行为。文章对这一理论进行了剖析,并对其在当代企业管理中的运用进行了探讨,强调了企业"德"与"礼"建设的重要性。

| Abstract: | "Converning the People by Means of Virtue and Controlling Them with Propriety" is one of the most influential Confucian thought of management.Confucius advocated the Rule of Virtue.He emphasized to improve Men’s self-discipline of the moral with moral instruction.He also advocated regulating Men’s behavior with propriety.This paper analyzes the theory and its application in business management.The paper also emphasizes the importance of the importance of virtue and propriety construction in corporations. |
