应用型本科人才培养质量保障体系构建的思考

应用型本科人才培养模式是高校为适应社会对高等教育人才培养的规格和需求情况而在人才培养方面的重新认识与改变,相适应的人才培养质量的保障体系也应该得到切实的制定与落实。本文从革新培养目标和培养方案、再造教师队伍、重置技能性课程的结构比例、完善实践教学相关配套的建设、推进系列教材的适时更新、营造优良学风、建立教育质量监控与评估系统几个方面探讨了应用型本科人才培养质量保障体系的构建要点。

To Build Quality Assurance System of Application-oriented Undergraduate Talent Training

The application-oriented undergraduate talent training model is the new understanding and change to the personnel training of the university to meet the specifications and need of society to higher education and personnel training,so the adaptive quality assurance system of personnel training should also be developed and implemented.In this paper,the points to build the quality assurance system of personnel training is discussed from innovating training objectives and training programs,re-building teaching staff,resetting the rate of skill course,improving the facilities of practice teaching,promoting timely updates of teaching materials,creating a good style of study,establishing educational quality monitoring and evaluation system.
