| 摘 要： | 近些年来我国发生多起大规模的停电事件,给我国的电力应急管理发起了巨大的挑战。本文介绍了电力应急体系脆弱性常见的评价方法,并且应用电力应急体系的综合指标方法对电力应急体系的脆弱性进行了评价和研究。

| Abstract: | Numerous large-scale power failures had occurred in China in recent years,so China’s emergency power management launched a huge challenge.This article describes common evaluation methods of vulnerability for emergency power system,and conducts assessment and research to the vulnerability for power emergency system by using comprehensive index method for emergency power system vulnerability. |
