| 摘 要： | 人本化管理是管理学上的一大革命,它正以前所未有的深度渗透到现代管理的各个行业和领域。图书馆管理中的人本化管理,主要体现在作为服务主体的馆员和作为服务客体的读者两个方面。如何尊重馆员,提高馆员的积极性;如何提升图书馆服务质量,满足广大读者的阅读需求,是文章主要探讨的两个方面。

| Abstract: | Humanistic management is a revolution in the management,which is penetrating in each industry and field of modern management.The humanistic management in the library management mainly reflects the librarians as the service subject and the readers as the service object.The article discussed how to respect the librarians,improve librarians’ enthusiasm,how to improve the service quality of library and meet the readers’ reading needs. |
