| Abstract: | Library human resources development and management is directly related to the library’s survival and development.This paper explores the establishment of the human resources management of a university library from several aspects of knowledge management,employing people-oriented management concept to cultivate interdisciplinary librarians,building incentive mechanism,setting up a learning library and doing career planning. |
