| 摘 要： | 本科生导师制是近年来高等学校正在探索实践的一项新的学生教育管理制度。文章对非硕士点高校咸阳师范学院学生的跟踪调查结果分析,已有的班主任制、辅导员制已经不能解决学生所所呈现出的新问题,提出采用实行本科生导师制与原有的制度相结合的管理方法,并给出了研究问题的思路。

| Abstract: | The advisor institution of the undergraduate is a new exploring education management system in recent years.This paper analyses the result of the Xianyang Normal University and new problems unresolved by teacher in charge system or counselor.The paper proposes the combination of management methods,and gives the thinking of research problems. |
