| 摘 要： | 工程施工建设项目的现场勘察是每个参与投标单位都十分重视的一项工作,但是不同单位、不同人员进行现场勘察,其勘察重点及勘察质量不同,并对施工组织设计和投标报价产生决定性的影响。本文结合工程投标的实践,从现场勘察的时间、内容、作用等方面作了全面的阐述,提出的现场勘察的技巧值得借鉴。
