Research on Strategies of Construction of "Dual-qualification Quality" Teacher Team under Work-integrated Learning Mode

Through the training and promotion of strengthening vocational ability of professional teachers,the paper is to establish long-term mechanism of developing professional teachers of school-enterprise cooperation,operate human resources in schools,combine internal potential and external introduction,insist on connotation development,optimize the talents’ growth environment,build a good and stable development platform,and strive to build a "dual-qualification quality" teacher team with solid theoretical knowledge and reasonable structure and full-time and part-time combination of stronger ability of practical application.
