建设节约型校园的内涵及其长效机制研究

建设节约型校园是落实科学发展观、建设和谐校园、促进学校全面协调可持续发展的具体体现。目前建设节约型校园存在许多阻碍因素,因此本文分析了影响节约型校园的几类影响因素,进而提出了解决这些因素的对策即建立节约教育机制、资源管理机制和科学决策机制。

On Construction of the Connotation of Conservation-minded Campus and Its Long-term Mechanism

The construction of conservation-minded campus is concrete embodiment to implement the scientific concept of development,build harmonious campus and promote the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of school.There are many obstacles in construction of conservation-minded campus at present,therefore,this paper analyzes factors influencing conservation-minded campus,and then proposes countermeasures,i.e.the establishment of conservation education mechanisms,resource management mechanisms and scientific decision-making mechanism.
