对高校思想政治理论课教学督导内容的思考

高校思想政治理论课由于其教学内容、教学目的特殊性、对学生的成长影响深远,从教学一般上督导已经满足不了思想政治理论课的发展新要求。在此基础上要有专职于思想政治理论课教学的督导,突出思想政治理论课教学督导的内容与特点。这是高校二级学院思想政治理论课提高教学质量与水平的重要途径。督导的重点内容是:坚持正确的政治方向和以理服人的根本;积极推广和完善有效的教学方法;不断推进以青年教师为重点的教师队伍建设。
