浅析我国基层教育的窘境

近年来频发的校车事故,使得该问题引发社会广泛关注。去年,我国出台了首部专门规范小学生校车安全的强制性国家标准,然而即便是硬性政策出台了,事故依旧不减。校车事故为何屡屡发生?谁该为校车安全负责?校车存在的诸多问题的背后反映的是我国城乡教育资源的极端不平衡,使得我国的基层教育的发展面临重重困难。

The Dilemma of Our Country's Grass-roots Education from the School Bus Accident

In recent years,the school bus accident happened frequently and caused extensive concern of social public about the security of school bus.Last year,our country issued the first national mandatory safety standard of school bus for schoolchild.However,the rigid policies came out without reduction in accident.Why the school bus accident happened time and time again? And who should be responsible for that? These problems reflect the great imbalance of education resources between city and country,and make the development of grass-roots education in our country facing a lot of difficulties.
