| 摘 要： | 为满足高等教育教学改革的需要,辽宁石油化工大学充分利用优质资源,积极探索创新人才培养模式,学校对拔尖人才培养采取了全方位的创新机制,创办拔尖创新人才实验班,在培养计划、实施方案、组织管理等方面进行了一系列新的探索,取得了显著成效,为我校本科人才培养模式创新奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | To meet needs of higher education teaching reform,Liaoning Shihua University fully uses quality resources,actively explores innovation talent training mode,and chooses the omni-directional innovation mechanism for the top-notch person,and founds top innovation talent class,implements series new exploration in training plans,implementation programme,organization management,and other areas,and made significant results,laying foundation for innovation of undergraduate talent training mode in our school. |
