Nurse is treatment implementation executor of patients,the manager of daily medical activities,and the carer of patients' life.Their matters are big or small,and all need toiling.The long-term of emergency life led to nurse body function fell,serious disorders of their endocrine,hair loss,constipation and forgetful,so they overturn on sleep after work.Due to long-term experience edge,their humanity is indifferent,in addition to strict asked responsibility system the nurse is facing larger psychological pressure,so the psychological health problem of nurse must be concerned for the society.
