基于低碳经济的石油企业节能减排行为探讨

全球进入低碳经济时期对中国的经济发展带来越来越大的压力。"十二五"期间国家进一步加强节能减排力度,并提出了更加严格的约束性指标,我国石油企业面临更严峻的挑战。政策、税收等宏观形势对石油企业的发展产生很大影响,石油企业是具有独特性的能源型企业,节能减排是其可持续发展的必然选择。通过分析近年来我国石油企业的节能减排现状和存在的诸多问题给出战略性建议,并对未来进行展望。

Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Behavior of Petroleum Enterprise Based on Low Carbon Economy

Global into a low carbon economy period has brought more and more pressure to China’s economic development.During The Twelfth Five-Year China has strengthened energy conservation and emission reduction efforts,and put forward more strict constraint index,so Chinese petroleum enterprises are facing much severe challenges.Policy,taxation and macroeconomic situation produce very big effect to the development of petroleum enterprise;the petroleum enterprise is a peculiar energy enterprise,and energy conservation and emission reduction is the inevitable choice for sustainable development.The paper gives some strategic option through the analysis of the petroleum enterprises in China energy-saving emission reduction situation and the existing problems in recent years,and look ahead to the future.
