锚杆+锚索在高应力特殊条件下巷道支护技术的应用及研究

摘    要:霍州煤电紫晟煤业是山西省煤矿企业兼并重组整合单独保留矿井,原矿井生产设计不符合设计规范,采面布置不合理,造成矿井资源浪费、开采困难,接管后给采面设计及巷道掘进工作带来很大困难。为保证采区工作面的正常接续,为此,首次在采面布置设计上进行了研究,设计为条带开采,在巷道掘进155米后,锚杆、锚索支护有被拉断现象,巷道变形严重,原有支护不能满足要求,再次在支护技术上进行优化,经过反复验算、选择,确定合理、科学的支护设计,通过实践,有效地控制了巷道的变形,提高了支护效果。

Abstract:Huozhou coal electricity Zisheng coal industry is the mine which is conducted m&a by Shanxi coal mining enterprises,and the original mine has some problems,which brings great difficulties in mining face design and tunnel excavation.To ensure the normal continuation of the working face of mining area,strip mining is designed firstly,and rockbolt and cable anchor support appears the phenomenon of abruptment after tunnel excavating 155m,which cause original supporting can not meet requirements,and the supporting design is optimized once again through repeated checking and selection.The practices show the deformation of roadway is contolled effectively,and the supporting effect is improved.
