| 摘 要： | 地方医学院校教育教学质量的高低直接影响着医学人才的培养质量。在教育型大学模式逐渐向教育-研究型大学甚至研究型大学模式转变过程中,本科生教学质量水平受到很多因素的影响有逐渐下滑的趋势,这在教学评估后体现的尤为突出。因此,建立并贯彻执行一套完整科学的教育教学质量监控体系,多渠道、多层次保障教学质量水平,这也是地方高校需要注意并研究的课题。

| Abstract: | Education and teaching quality of local medical colleges will directly affect the quality of training of medical students.In the process of university model of education gradual transformation to education-research universities or research-oriented university model,undergraduates’ level of teaching quality are affected by many factors,which gradually shows trend of reduction,and this is particularly prominent after assessment of teaching.Therefore,establishing and implementing a comprehensive and scientific monitoring system of education and teaching quality,to protect the quality of teaching level with multi-channel,multi-level,which is also topic needing to pay attention and study in local colleges and universities. |
