服务于教学和科研视角下的高校系部资料室建设问题探讨

绝大部分高校都设有系部的资料室,其建设质量参差不齐,建设目标也不尽相同。本文主要基于服务于教学和科研的视角,列举了当前高校系部资料室建设过程中存在的问题,分析了高校系部资料室建设与教学和科研的关系,进而从实行总馆分馆制和网络一体化、准确定位资料室建设、充分发挥学科文献信息中心的作用、促进资料室的特色化建设及发挥系部资料室的网络服务功能等方面提出了服务于本科教学视角下的系部资料室建设发展思路,对高校系部资料室建设发展具有一定的指导、借鉴意义。

Problems in Construction of Reference Room of Departments in Colleges and Universities Based on Perspective of Service in Teaching and Scientific Research

The vast majority of colleges and universities have reference room of departments,but the quality of its construction is uneven,and the goal of construction is also not the same.Based on perspective of service in teaching and scientific research,this paper lists problems in process of construction of reference room of departments,analyzes the relationship between its construction and teaching and scientific research,and the ideas of development of reference room under the perspective of serving undergraduate teaching from aspects,such as implementing integration of general-sub library system and network,positioning its construction accurately,giving full play to the role in subject documentation and information center,promoting its characteristic construction and playing its network service functions,etc.,so as to provide guidance and reference for construction and development of reference room of departments in colleges and universities.
