高职院校校园文化价值取向探究

价值是自由的实现。价值取向是主体基于自己的价值观所持的基本价值立场、价值态度以及所表现出来的基本价值倾向。校园文化建设的实质就是对于某种价值的特殊追求。人才培养目标的定位和以就业为迫切要求的现实状况,使高职院校校园文化价值取向局限于停留于表层的工具性价值观,很难上升到深层的目的性价值观层面。文章探究了影响高职院校校园文化价值取向定位的因素和突显高职院校校园文化价值取向的策略。

To Explore the Cultural Values Orientation of Vocational College Campus

Value is the achievement of freedom.Values orientation is the subject’s basic value position based on his own value,value attitudes and basic value orientation.The essence of the construction of campus culture is the value for a particular pursuit.Due to the positioning of personnel training goal and the urgent need of employment,the culture values orientation of vocational college campus is limited in the surface instrumental value,and it is difficult to rise to the deep level of purpose values.The article explores the factors that impact the cultural values orientation of vocational college campus and the strategies to highlight the vocational college campus cultural values orientation.
