摘    要:"科技以人为本",诺基亚成功地把这句话从科技运用到了管理之中。这种人本管理思想是诺基亚文化的完美表现。它深刻地展示出诺基亚多年的传奇并非偶然,人性化的管理和宽容的文化是其成功的重要因素。本文试图从人力资源管理角度来分析诺基亚人本管理理念的内涵及具体表现,并进行归纳总结,指出其对中国企业管理的学习借鉴意义。

Abstract:"People-oriented science",Nokia successfully passes the word from technology to management.The human-oriented management thinking is the perfect performance of Nokia culture.It profoundly show that Nokia’s years of legend was not accidental,the management of human nature and tolerant culture is important factors of its success.This article attempts to analyze the connotation and specific performance of humanistic management from the human resources management,makes a summarization,and points out its significance to enterprise management study in China.
