| 摘 要： | 近年来在体育课教学中大学生伤害事故时有发生。研究对民办高校体育课事故相适用的法律范畴、法律责任和免责条件进行了分析,笔者认为目前我国民办高校体育课伤害事故的赔偿问题还存在一些缺陷。
