| 摘 要： | 普通高校图书馆的学科馆员如何根据自己的特点,为全校的学生、教师提供优质服务,是现如今图书馆人应该致力研究的问题。本文中,作者对普通高校图书馆实行学科馆员制度的困难以及解决的措施方面进行论述,提出了一些自己的看法和建议。
