| Abstract: | Being an underdeveloped county, government of Leye has to address itself to problems of less financial revenue, behindhand basic infrastructure, vulnerable ecosystem, as well as lacking of talented persons. By employing its rich and unique tourist resources to maximum advantage, the economy of Leye County may sustain to develop harmoniously. |
