| 摘 要： | 基于一体化的思想,以工作流程、场地布局、管理机制等为切入点,对石油化工工程工艺管道施工过程中的仓储、防腐、预制、阀门试压、安装等主要环节的物流进行优化,并给出工艺管道施工过程物流的概念,优化后的一体化模式可以提高物流速度、缩短物流周期。

| Abstract: | Based on the notion of integration,with work flow,site layout,and management mechanism as the starting point,we set out to optimize the logistics of the main links in the construction of the process pipeline of a petrochemical engineering project,including storage,anticorrosion,prefabrication,valve pressure testing and installation and present the concept of logistics optimization in process pipeline construction.The integrated model so optimized can improve logistics turnover and shorten logistics cycle. |
