中西部地区承接产业转移的现状及其模式研究

为研究我国中西部地区承接产业转移的现状及其适合模式，文章采取实证分析和理论分析相结合的方法，首先对我国2000-2011年间中西部地区承接东部地区产业转移的现状进行分析，其次对产业转移的主要模式即集群转入模式的内在机理进行理论分析。研究表明中西部地区仅小规模承接了东部地区的边际产业，文章提出中西部地区应以集群优势吸引东部地区大规模产业转移，以及选择关联产业进行产业转移等建议。

The Conditions and Mode Selection of Introducing Industrial Transfer in the Mid-west of China

In order to analyze the conditions and mode of introducing industrial transfer in the mid-west of China, this paper first makes an analysis of the conditions of introducing industrial transfer from the east of China to the mid-west during 2000-2011. Secondly, it analyzes the mechanism of the main mode of introducing industrial transfer. The research result shows that the mid-west of China only introduces small-scale marginal industry from the eastern regions and the paper proposes that the mid-west of China should attract large-scale industrial transfer with the cluster competitive advantage. It gives some other suggestions about the mode selection of introducing industrial transfer in central and western regions.
