| 摘 要： | 秩和比法是系统工程中多目标决策分析中一种决策技术。本文通过实例阐明了秩和比法在工业经济效益综合评价中的具体应用,并对秩和比法的编秩方法进行了改进,同时引进权重系数,从而使秩和比法的评价结论更为科学和合理。认为秩利比法具有全面客观、科学合理、准确简便等特点,是一种较好的综合评价方法,在经济领域有一定的应用价值。

| Abstract: | RSR is a kind of decision technology in system engineering.This issue has expounded the concert application of RSR in the comprehensive appraisal of the industrial economic benefits through the instance.This issue also made an improvement in the method of composing ranks,combined with weigN modulus brought in.As a result,it makes the appraisal conclusion of RSR more scientific and reasonable.It thinks that RSR has the characteristic of objective,reasonable,accurate and SO on.RSR has a certaifl practical value to the comprehensive appraisal of the economic benefits. |
