| Abstract: | After analyzing the characteristics of heating engineering budgetary course, the article, combing teaching goals of vocational and technical institutes, proposes the following measures to enhance teaching quality： class reorganization, comprehensive construction of textbooks, ease-study teaching method, and multimedia aided teaching. |
