| 摘 要： | 农业保险对于减少自然灾害对农业生产的影响,稳定农民收入,促进农村经济的发展具有重要作用。由于各地区农业经济特点不同,因此应据此制定相应的政策。本文从产权经济学的租值消散理论出发,运用聚类分析的方法将全国31个省市分为三类,通过比较各地区面板模型的估计结果,对各地区农业保险的发展提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | Agricultural insurance plays an important role in reducing the impact of natural disasters on agricultural production,maintaining farmers′ stable income,and promoting rural economic development.Due to the regional difference of agricultural economy,the policy should be made corresponding to the regional characteristics.This paper proceeds from the theory of rent dissipation in property right economics and uses clustering method to analyze the country′s 31 provinces and municipalities,which are divided into three categories.By comparing the estimation results of panel models in different regions,we give the recommendations on development of agricultural insurance in different regions. |
