| 摘 要： | 在市场和政策驱动下,节能概念在全国范围内日益升温,节能服务产业的实践也在不断推进,但国内对节能服务产业的理论研究水平却落后于实践发展,其中对节能服务产业链结构及整合进行的分析更是少之又少。基于交易费用视角,本文对我国节能服务产业链进行研究,通过建立我国节能服务产业链整合机制,以求对我国节能服务产业发展起到促进作用。

| Abstract: | Driven by the market and policy,energy-saving concept is increasingly emphasized,the practice about energy-saving industry is also increasingly implemented,but the theory research level is far behind the practice,especially the analysis of industrial chain structure and integration about China energy-saving service is very little.In view of this,this paper studies the industrial chain about China energy-saving service based on transaction costs theory,then builds industrial chain integration mechanism,in order to promote the development of China energy-saving service industry. |
