| 摘 要： | 作为产业集群和供应链相耦合的一种新型网络组织,集群供应链的治理模式和治理机制对于提升产业集群的竞争优势,维护产业集群的可持续性发展有着重要作用。本文在对集群供应链的网络组成要素进行全面分析的基础上,提出了集群供应链网络的治理模式和治理机制,旨在对集群供应链网络的治理活动起到借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Cluster supply chain,which is the coupling of industrial cluster and supply chain,is a new form of network organization,and its governance pattern and governance mechanism play an important part in improving the industrial cluster′s competitive advantages and maintaining its sustainable development.Based on the multianalysis of the cluster supply chain′s network components,this paper puts forward the relative governance pattern and governance mechanism,aiming at making reference to the management of cluster supply chain. |
