我国县域经济发展的区域差异及模式选择

本文研究了我国县域经济发展的区域差异及差异存在的客观基础,从理论和实践两方面总结了代表县域经济发展方向、可供中西部县域借鉴的主要模式:基于农业产业化的县域经济发展模式、基于工业化和城镇化的县域经济发展模式和基于对外开放的县域经济发展模式;通过对主要模式的总结,认为县域经济的本质是特色经济,县域经济的发展途径是特色产业集聚,并提出基于特色产业集聚的县域经济发展的具体策略:利用比较优势、依托传统产业和承接产业转移。

Regional Differences and Mode Selection of the Development of County Economy in China

This paper studies the regional differences and the objective basis for differences of the development of county economy in China.From both theory and practice it also summarizes the main mode of representing the direction of the development of county economy and providing reference for central and western counties,that is,the development model of county economy based on industrialization of agriculture,the one based on industrialization and urbanization,and the one based on the opening up.By summing up the main mode,this paper believes that the nature of county economy is the economy with local characteristics and the way of development of county economy is characteristic industrial agglomeration.At last,development strategies of county economy based on the characteristic industrial agglomeration are given:utilizing comparative advantage,relying on traditional industries,and undertaking industrial transfer.
