能源低碳化发展的金融驱动研究

本文利用灰色关联分析方法,定量分析金融在能源低碳化发展进程中的驱动贡献。研究结果表明金融对碳排放强度下降有显著影响,成为能源低碳化发展的驱动力。金融可以通过资金扶持渠道、碳金融市场渠道、政策引导渠道和金融中介服务渠道,作用于企业生产和居民生活能源消费领域,发挥其资源配置、杠杆调节、中介服务职能,引导企业生产方式和居民生活方式的改变,最终通过能源结构优化,能源效率改进,经济发展方式转变来驱动能源低碳化发展。

A Study on Financial Driver of Development of Energy Low- Carbonization

This thesis adopts the gray relational analysis method and conducts an quantitative analysis of the driver contribution of finance in the process of energy low-carbonization.The research result shows that finance has a great influence on the reduction of carbon emission intensity and becomes an driving force of energy low-carbonization.Through funds support,carbon financial market,policy guidance and financial intermediation services,finance can affect the energy consuming field of production and living,perform the function of resource allocation,leverage adjustment and intermediary services,lead the change of production and living patterns,and finally drive the energy low-carbonization forward by optimizing energy structure,improving energy efficiency and transforming economic development pattern.
