| 摘 要： | 随着区域经济的发展,物流基础设施等硬环境的建设和发展日臻完善,软环境从过去被忽视转化为被关注的焦点。本文分析了区域物流软环境理论基础与实证研究文献,完成了物流软环境评价指标的理论遴选,构建了区域物流软环境递阶层次模型指标体系,并阐述了关键要素指标的含义,旨在为建立区域物流软环境的衡量与评价模型奠定基础。

| Abstract: | With the development of regional economy,tangible logistics infrastructures have been steadily perfected,and soft environment has shifted from being ignored to being emphasized.This paper analyzed the theoretical foundation and empirical study literation on soft environment of regional logistics.Based on the existing research,it finished theoretical selecting of index system,and constructed a hierarchical structure on soft environment of regional logistics.At last,the paper elaborated the meaning of key indicators,aimming to lay the foundation for building measurement and evaluation model of soft environment of regional logistics. |
