跨国公司与中国劳工权益受损关系初探

国内外许多研究将跨国公司代工企业内的侵犯劳工权益现象主要归咎为本土因素。本文假设跨国公司低价在华加工与采购是代工企业劳工权益受损的主要原因。通过调查四川外贸企业工人的工资福利，对比“珠三角”和“长三角”地区的代工企业工人所得，本文发现，四川外贸企业的工人的境况之所以较沿海地区代工企业的工人为好，是因为四川外贸企业的市场结构、产品结构等构成对跨国公司低价加工与采购的抵抗，初步证实了跨国公司与代工企业劳工权益受损存在关联，跨国公司一路走低的低价加工与采购是造成劳工权益受损的主要根源。

A Preliminary Inquiry into Causal Link between Multinationals and Violation of Basic Rights of Chinese Laborers

This research assumes that the low price strategy for manufacturing and purchasing conducted by multinationals violates the basic rights of workers. Byinvestigating and comparing wages and welfares enjoyed by Sichuan foreign trade workers with their counterparts in OEM factories located in the coastal areas, this research finds out that the reason why Sichuan foreign trade workers have a better living, simply because the different market and product structures of Sichuan foreign trade businesses constitute a resistance to the low price strategy carried out by multinationals. This research preliminarily verifies that there exists a causal link between multinationals and the violation of workers' basic rights in the OEM factories in mainland China, and that lower and lower price paid by multinationals for manufacturing and purchasing in mainland China is the primary cause which leads to violating workers' basic rights.
