| 摘 要： | 海关是一个国家的大门,是一个国家权力的象征。在促进国家进出口贸易的健康发展中发挥着重要作用。近年来,随着跨境电商以及外包服务业的发展,我国对外贸易企业在进出口通关过程中存在对通关代理服务企业过度依赖、对国家通关新制度理解不到位、海关监管部门协调性比较差等问题,严重影响了我国外贸企业的通关便利性、快捷性,给企业发展带来负面影响。本文主要分析了当前我国外贸企业进出口通关现状以及存在的问题,并根据这些问题提出了相应的解决策略。
