有为政府下发展民营经济之思考

改革开放以来,民营经济得到了大力发展,在国民经济发展中起到越来越重要的作用。但由于民营企业内外因素的影响,还存在一定的问题,影响了民营企业进一步的发展。同时,政府角色错位的现象依然较普遍,主要表现在政府行为企业化、政府行为短期化和政府行为区域化。这些因素深深制约着我国民营经济的发展。

Reflections on the development of the private economy under promising government

Since reform and opening up,the private economy has been vigorously developing.It plays an increasingly important role in the national economic.However,inside and outside factors and certain problems affect the further development of private enterprises.At the same time,there is the dislocation of the role of Government,such as the Government of enterprises,short-term behaviour and regionalization.These factors are also deeply restrict the development of the private economy in China.
