| 摘 要： | 为有效掌握区域科技创新资源配置结构，科学、客观地制订区域科技政策，以促进科技创新资源的有效利用，本文从配置系统主体的角度出发，建立了配置系统结构方程模型，利用2001--2005年我国31个省市的相关科技指标数据进行拟合计算，在完成效度与信度检验的基础上，依据拟合结果分析了主体结构及其对配置系统运行效果的影响，并进一步提出应根据我国当前情况采用基于科技计划的科技创新资源配置模式，以有效提高科技创新资源的配置效率。
