| 摘 要： | 由于我国物流教育开设时间短,物流人才培养的质量和数量与市场需求之间还存在着差异和距离,严重制约了我国物流业的发展。作者立足于高校为什么要创新物流人才培养模式,高校培养什么样的物流人才以及如何培养物流人才,从培养目标、课程体系、教学方法三个方面,探讨创新我国高校物流人才培养模式的途径,以解决物流人才市场需求和矛盾的供需关系问题。

| Abstract: | Because the logistics education in our country have a short time,there are still differences and distance between the quality and quantity of cultivating logistics talents and the market demand,which restricted the development of our logistics in-dustry seriously.The paper based on why the university needs to innovate the cultivation mode of logistics talents,and cultivating what kind of logistics talents,and how to cultivate.Then the paper analyzes the way of innovative the cultivation mode of logis-tics talents through three aspects： cultivation object,course system and teaching methods. |
