| 摘 要： | 针对制罐生产线气缸输出力不足的故障现象,分析了故障产生的原因,对润滑油所含的添加剂成分对设备所产生的影响进行了详细分析,提出了气缸活塞密封失效以及造成气缸活塞杆弯曲故障的相应处理方法。

| Abstract: | The article summarized the causes of the insufficient output of the cylinder of the can production line,and analyzed the effect of the additive ingredients of the lube oil on the equipment in detail.Then it puts forward the corresponding treatments to the seal's failure of the cylinder piston and the blending fault of the cylinder piston pole. |
