| Abstract: | It is well-known that the United States is the birthplace of venture capital, having the world＇s most developed risk investment system. This paper makes an econometric empirical analysis of the impact of the USA venture capital on its GDP, employing the original data of the USA venture capital and GDP in total. It is believed that such analysis is of importance and implication to China＇s venture capital development. |
