企业物流外包决策的经济准则

Economic Rules on Logistics Outsourcing Decision

Calculates and compares the profits of business before logistics outsourcing and after it,and proposes a rule by which a firm can judge whether logistics outsourcing can increase its profit or not.The rule indicates that it is really not true that logistics outsourcing can increase the profit of outsourcing business as long as the cost of service provider is below the outsourcer's,and that there is a threshold,which is decided by the factors of outsourcing business,such as production,sales and logistics cost itself,and logistics outsourcing can increase the profit of outsourcer only when it outsource them to the service provider whose service cost is below the threshold.
